In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Camp Hill; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Pennsylvania are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 AM–9:30 PM. Camp Hill is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Camp Hill follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This resturant was such a pleasant surprise and lived up to its positive reviews. It was clean, relatively flavorful and had a lot of buffet options for the price. I did feel like the workers kept pushing to get you to leave by asking if you’re ready for the tip but that can be expected in this style of all you can eat places. The $8 or so for kids - what an excellent deal, even the $18 or so for an adult wasn’t bad either considering you have a buffet in addition to whatever hibachi options you can eat. If I’m in the area, would definitely revisit. They should disclose the drinks are not included in the price or make you aware of it at purchase instead of offering/asking what you’d like as if it didn’t come at a cost of almost $4 per cup. FYI - they don’t have kid size drinks, just a very big cup which most kids are not going to complete but it’s also a hazard for them to spill over! Had two kids with me so wasn’t able to take much more pictures of the station etc, sorry.

If you about quantity over quality this is your place! Good pricing for unlimited buffet however none of the food we tried was worthy of going back for. The hibachi bowl was the best part of it, sushi not great. Service was great.

The habachi was a build your own toppings including vegetables, protein, and starch. They also have desserts. Overall this was a great experience with a wide variety of options.

I went to this restaurant and the experience was excellent. The food has a delicious Japanese flavor that truly feels authentic. What I liked the most is that they have a hibachi option, where you can customize your plate exactly how you want by choosing your ingredients and watching it being prepared. They also have a very complete buffet where you can serve yourself as much as you want, with a wide variety of fresh and well-prepared options. Everything was clean, organized, and the service was very friendly. It’s definitely a perfect place if you want to eat well, try different flavors, and leave feeling satisfied. I highly recommend it!

This was our first time at taste of Japan amd it won’t be our last! The food was amazing and there was a good variety, and the staff were fantastic! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and there was no shortage of staff if you had any questions. The hibachi was fast and tasty, and if you want seconds all you have to do is ask! The buffet was also great, lots of different types of chicken and a variety of rolls and side dishes. There is a large selection of desserts as well. We went a little before noon and there was no wait. The restaurant really filled up around 1 though so plan accordingly. 17.99/adult for lunch, well worth the price! Highly recommend!
